You use the Project Documents page to upload documents related to the project to the AWC application. See Project Documents for detailed instructions.

Documents that can be uploaded include but are not limited to the following. Once uploaded, these documents can also be downloaded from the resulting data grid.

• Registration document issued by the State of Registry (SOR)
• AC Form 8050-3, Certificate of Aircraft Registration
• AC Form 8050-64, Assignment of Special Registration Numbers
• Aircraft Builders Log or Equivalent
• An inspection program selected, established, identified and used per § 91.409(e) through (h)
• Aircraft Operating Instructions (AIO), maintenance and inspection procedures, and a flight training supplement written in the English language
• Applicant's program letter
• Approved flight test procedures
• ATF Form 6

• Current AC Issued in Accordance With
